Exciting Expansion of Dabuli’s “Technology for All” Initiative
We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our “Technology for All” program, with the support of the City of Seattle. At Dabuli, we believe that access to technology is a fundamental right essential for fostering inclusive communities and empowering lives. The “Technology for All” project ensures that individuals and communities have the necessary information technology capacity for full participation in society, democracy, and the economy. Our inclusive approach includes technical training in English with support in Nepali, Nepalbhasa, Sherpa, and Tibetan languages as needed.
Starting in July 2024, we will conduct monthly FREE workshops on various technology topics. Additionally, we will offer a specialized technology training series focusing on job and career skills. Here’s the updated schedule:

October 18th, 2024: Social Media
November 15th, 2024: Online Job Search
December 20th, 2024: Online Banking and Bill Pay
January 17th, 2025: Online Government Services
February 21st, 2025: Online Education and Training
March 21st, 2025: Online Community Engagement
Training Series:
August-September: Microsoft Word: Basic Word Processing, Advanced Document Formatting, Collaborative Editing, and Reviewing in Word
October-November: Microsoft Excel: Introduction to Spreadsheets, Data Analysis with Excel, Advanced Formulas and Functions
December-January: Microsoft PowerPoint: Creating Effective Presentations, Design and Multimedia Integration, Mastering Slide Transitions and Animations.
